The father of the family was nearly killed by a roadside bomb while serving in Iraq. The team helps an Oregon couple with two autistic sons and who have devoted their lives to helping children with medical issues and started a local chapter of Sparrow Clubs. The team helps build a home for the family of a man who quit his job to take care of his paralyzed adult son. Since it serves as a facility for the chapter, they need a house to accommodate little people visitors as well as their younger son, Hudson. The parents are President and Vice President of the New York Chapter of Little People of America. The team goes to Crawford, New York to create a house for a family who has a daughter, Hailey, born with dwarfism. The team received donated land, since the family's old land was not good and that's where the accident happened. The only thing that could save her was a leg amputation. She had broken legs, a broken neck, spleen damage, and lost a kidney. The team goes to Madison, Georgia to surprise nine-year-old Anaiah who saved her sister's life from an upcoming truck. So Ty and the team come to Utah and surprise Jonah, his sister, Ellie, and their mom. Unfortunately, none of his relatives have the same match as Jonah does. In fact, he is the only kid in the world that has two at the same time, and the only cure for him is a bone marrow transplant.
